Implementation content ■Job introduction for sales positions What kind of work do sales positions actually involve? We will explain in detail the characteristics of TONE's sales positions (domestic/overseas) and the actual work content.

■ Sales experience + commentary Planned experience: "Let's promote familiar products as a sales representative"
*As a pre-assignment, each participant will be asked to research the product they want to promote (any familiar product will do).

■ Roundtable discussion with sales staff (Question time)
Ask our sales staff any questions you may have. We'll answer any questions you may have!

 ■ Introduction to development work
What is a "development, design, and production engineering position" at TONE? We will talk about the overall role within the company.

■Introduction of product development cases We will talk about the work flow, difficulties, and development commitments, interspersed with actual product development episodes. In particular, we will introduce "projects in which young employees were involved"!

■Tool product planning group discussion Based on the theme "I wish there was a tool like this," we ask you to do some preliminary research in advance and on the day of the event, you will be in a group to plan and propose one product. At the time of the presentation, veteran employees from TONE's development department will also participate and provide feedback from a technical perspective, so we look forward to your free-thinking ideas.
