Appeal to locate teenage girl missing from Mona Vale

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from the Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Sierra McCarthy, aged 13, was last seen on Narrabeen Park Parade, Mona Vale about 3pm yesterday (Saturday 23 November 2024).

When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Northern Beaches Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns due to her age.

Sierra is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 155cm tall, of thin build, with blond hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, long black tights and a black hand bag.

She is known to frequent Northern Beaches, North Shore and Sydney CBD areas.

Anyone with information into her whereabouts is urged to contact police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
