NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF

THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD Eff. 10/25/2024

On September 10, 2024, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board adopted regulations in 3 AAC 305. The regulations concern manufacturer direct shipment licenses overlapping premises.

The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed, and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on September 25, 2024, and are effective on October 25, 2024. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.

The regulation changes will first appear in Register 252, January 2025, of the Alaska Administrative Code.

Updated unofficial regulations will be posted on AMCO's website no later than 10/25/2024.
