Telephone conversation with President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko

During the telephone conversation, Vladimir Putin wished the President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko a happy 70^th birthday and congratulated him on receiving the Order of St Andrew the Apostle the First-Called.

The leaders went on to exchange views on topical matters dealing with efforts to further expand mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation.

The President also sent a congratulatory message to Alexander Lukashenko.
