The City of Pompano Beach's highly anticipated Drone Show Extravaganza is back for its third spectacular year, and we're pulling out all the stops to make this the biggest and most thrilling event yet! We're excited to bring it back on Veteran's Day Weekend, November 9^th, with a new pre-show and a bigger Main Show over the ocean, just south of the Fisher Family Pier.

The festivities kick off at 5:30 p.m. with a DJ and live performance by Streetlight Entertainment, setting the stage for an unforgettable night. At 7:00 p.m., the skies will light up with a 50-drone pre-show, followed by the Main Show-a dazzling display of 400 brilliantly illuminated drones choreographed by world-class artists and engineers. This year, we're introducing brand new designs to the show while still paying tribute to our veterans and celebrating South Florida's unique nautical charm.

This event is free and open to the public. While the Fisher Family Pier will be closed for this event, we invite everyone to gather on the south side of the Pier on the beach (the north side will be used for drone staging), for the best vantage point. The Drone Show can be seen for up to five miles with unobstructed views and agreeable weather conditions.

We've increased our shuttle service to ensure a smooth event experience. Starting at 3:00 p.m., free shuttles will be available from Pompano Community Park, located at 1660 NE 10th Street. These shuttles are ADA-accessible and can accommodate coolers and lawn chairs.
