The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development allocates approximately $3 million annually to the City of Lowell to fund projects that create sustainable living environments and economic opportunities for low- and moderate-income residents. To ensure these funds are used effectively, we need your feedback on which types of community and housing projects would make the most impact in your neighborhood and community.
