The City of Santa Barbara seeks your input as we work to identify community development priorities, fair and affordable housing needs, and factors that shape equal access to housing for incorporation into the City's 2025-2029 5-Year Consolidated Plan and 2025 Annual Action Plan.

Each year the City receives Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These funds are intended to primarily benefit the low- and moderate-income residents in the community. The funding can be used for homelessness, housing, economic development, and community facilities and infrastructure.

The City will be collecting survey responses through Monday, September 16, 2024. We appreciate your participation.
