Consistent with the procedural and notice requirements of Sections 23.7(f) and (g) of the Commission's regulations, 51 Pa.Code §§ 23.7(f) and (g), the Commission will be holding a special election to elect an Acting Vice Chair at its October 11, 2024 Special Teleconference Meeting, which will be publicly held at 9 AM, Finance Bldg., Rm 307, 613 North St., Hbg., PA.
