Finance Customer Service hours

Due to staffing, the Finance Customer Service office at City Hall will close from 11:45 am to 1:15 pm Monday through Friday, beginning Monday, July 8, 2024.

During this 90-minute in-person closure, payments will still be taken via the drop box at City Hall, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) through the Customer Service line at 541.450.6035, or via this link to pay online.

We don't anticipate this being a permanent change, though the closure period will last until further notice.
