Smith Gambrell Russell Advises the Brightly Network on Successful Sale

ATLANTA (October 11, 2024) - Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (SGR) is pleased to announce that the Firm advised the Brightly Network on the strategic sale of Bluprint Oncology, Cogency, Verascity, and Blendworks to Petauri. These Brightly Network companies are a suite of medical communications agencies that specialize in oncology, hematology, and rare diseases across medical and commercial strategy, engagement, and education.
