Washington County: Construction Update

The following projects are anticipated to affect highways in Washington County. All outlined work is weather permitting. Click on the route to see its location at OHGO.com.

I-77 PAVEMENT REPAIRS
A pavement repair project is taking place on I-77 from July 1-2, just south of Exit 16. The passing lane on I-77 northbound will be closed.


U.S. 50/SR 7/SR 618 RESURFACING
A resurfacing project is taking place on U.S. 50/SR 7/SR 618 between Farson Street and Arrowhead Road. Lane closures are in place.
Estimated Completion: September 27


STATE ROUTE 26 CULVERT LINER PROJECT
A culvert liner project is taking place on SR 26, between Heldman Road and Wingett Run Road. One lane is closed. Traffic is being maintained with temporary signals.
Estimated Completion: September 15


STATE ROUTE 26 CULVERT LINER PROJECT
A culvert liner project begins on July 8 on SR 26, between Altitude Miller Hill Road and Kings Highway. The road will be closed. The detour is SR 26 to SR 260 to County Road 406 to SR 26.
Estimated Completion: July 15


STATE ROUTE 821 RESURFACING
A resurfacing project is taking place on SR 821, between Hickory Street and Gunclub Road. Traffic is being maintained by flaggers.
Estimated Completion: November 22
