Town of Brownville - North Watertown to Indian River 115kv Transmission Line Project

Negative Declaration

Jefferson County - The Town of Brownville Planning Board , as lead agency, has determined that the proposed North Watertown to Indian River 115kv Transmission Line Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a new 115kv overhead electric transmission line in the Towns of Brownville, Pamelia and LeRay and construction of a new substation in the Town of Brownville and expansion of an existing substation in the Town of LeRay. The Transmission line will be 9.5 ± miles in length. The project is located off NYS Route 12 in the Towns of Brownville, Pamelia and LeRay, New York.
