Gea's journey in the business world began in 2017 when she graduated as a Business Administration Specialist from Kuressaare Vocational School. Following her graduation, Gea moved to Tallinn, where she embarked on her professional career at a prominent electronics company, working as a Last Time Buy (LTB) Buyer. Her role there laid a strong foundation, preparing her for the responsibilities she would later take on at Incap.

In 2019, life brought Gea and her family back to Kuressaare. Taking a brief pause, she registered as unemployed, contemplating her next career move. It was during this time that she came across a job advertisement for a buyer position at Incap. Without hesitation, Gea applied for the role, and her interview went well, leading to her being hired as an NPI Buyer.

Her primary tasks include pricing and purchasing for new projects - a role that requires precision, strategic thinking, and effective communication.

What she values most about working at Incap is the supportive and fun atmosphere. The company's collaborative spirit and the opportunity to tackle various challenges make her job fulfilling and enjoyable.

Outside of her professional life, Gea is a devoted mother to two young boys, aged 1.5 and 3.5. She cherishes the time spent with her children, engaging in various active and enjoyable activities. In addition to her family commitments, Gea is passionate about DIY projects. She enjoys creating cake toppers, invitations, cards, and other decorative items for birthday and wedding parties, showcasing her creativity and attention to detail.
