RXO Raises $500 Million in Public Offering of Common Stock

Paul, Weiss advised RXO, Inc., a leading provider of asset-light transportation solutions, in a registered public offering of $500 million of common stock. RXO intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to finance a portion of its pending acquisition of Coyote Logistics, UPS' technology-driven, asset-light freight brokerage business. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Securities, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley acted as joint lead bookrunning managers.
