At 10:54 AM, Troopers arrested Angel Sierra, age 48, of 317 Rand Street, Apartment #3, Central Falls on a 1.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Pretrial Conference on the charge of Domestic Violence - Felony Assault originating out of the Central Falls Police Department; and 2.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Pretrial Conference on the charge of Domestic Violence - Felony Assault originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on March Street in the City of Providence. Mr. Sierra was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and turned over to Providence Superior Court.

At 11:45 AM, Troopers arrested Eddie Medina, age 28, of 287 Manton Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Driving with a Suspended/Revoked License, originating out of the North Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue, in the City of Providence. Medina was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Third Division District Court.

At 2:45 PM, Troopers arrested Carlos Rivera, age 47, of 71 Warren Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of Driving Under the Influence of Liquor/Drugs originating out of the North Kingstown Police Department. The arrest was the result of Troopers investigating a motor vehicle accident on Route 95, in the City of Warwick. Rivera was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center.

At 12:10 AM, Troopers arrested Jorge Baptista, age 47, of 86 Allston Street, Apt. 86, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance (Crack Cocaine) less than 10 grams; and 2.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Technical Violation on the charge of Possession of Schedule I-V originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Warren Avenue, in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was processed at the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth District Court where he will be presented as a probation violator.

At 12:10 AM, Troopers arrested Randy Defex, age 39, of 577 Cranston Street, Apt. 1, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-trial Conference on the charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Warren Avenue, in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was processed at the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center.

At 12:20 AM, Troopers arrested Felisberto Veiga, age 55, of 57 Russo Street, Apt. 3R, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor/Drugs - BAC Unknown - First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers investigating a motor vehicle accident on Route 6 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
