Chester-based legal practice Aaron & Partners is celebrating its Wills, Trusts & Tax team after it, and six individual solicitors within the team, were recognised in prestigious industry rankings.

That was in addition to a host of individual recognitions for the team - up to six from last year's three, including Clive Pointon, Head of the Wills, Trusts & Tax team. Clive again achieved the Band 1 ranking in thePrivate Wealth Law category, retaining the much-respected status in the High Net Worth Guide for the 7th year in a row, since its inception in 2017.

Clive Pointon said: "We are delighted to share such a high level of recognition across the team in this year's guide.

"Our focus is always on achieving the best possible results for our clients, whether it's assisting affluent individuals and families with tax planning, managing estates, or handling private wealth disputes.

"These rankings are a testament to the dedication and expertise our team brings to their work daily."

In the Private Wealth Law category, aside from Clive Pointon, Rowena Ridgway, Wills Trusts & Tax Partner was awarded the 'Up and Coming' status, while the same team's Paul Caslin, Senior Associate Solicitor and Sarah Henderson, Associate Solicitor, were highlighted as 'Associates to Watch'.

In the Private Wealth Disputes category, James Wallace, Contentious Trusts & Probate Partner, retained his prestigious Band 1 ranking from last year; while Vlad Macdonald, Contentious Trusts & Probate Senior Associate Solicitor, retained his 'Associates to Watch' ranking.

Collectively, the team received high praise from the Chambers and Partners High Net Worth rankings, which were published online.

They were describedas"very competent, professional and able to deal with any queries promptly".

Individuals in the team also received special mentions in the review. For example, Clive Pointon was praised as a "highly active and esteemed practitioner", while James Wallace was described as an "expert in contentious private client matters, including will challenges and Inheritance Act claims".

Clive Pointon added: "Everyone at the firm is incredibly proud of what we have accomplished - we continue to serve our clients to the best of our ability and look ahead to future success and even greater recognition."
