A postal strike in Canada is impacting all mail to the country, including the delivery of court issued notices through the Bankruptcy Noticing Center. Any mail set for delivery after November 15, 2024, has not been delivered and won't be delivered until after the strike ends. International filers in ECF do not receive electronic noticing, so any Canadian party will not receive ECF notifications of documents filed.
Please make note of any potential Canadian addresses for creditors or interested parties and consider alternate means of providing notice of documents you may file, especially those notices required by motions filed under negative notice.
