ORLANDO, FL - As of 7:30 p.m., Thursday (10/10), OUC has restored service to 45% of customers who lost power due to Hurricane Milton. Currently, there are 43,828 customers in Orlando and 7,030 in St. Cloud who remain without power.
OUC safety assessors and crews remain in the field to survey the storm's impact and make repairs. Estimated times of restoration will not be available for at least another 24-36 hours
Contacting OUC To Report Outages
Customers can report outages by texting OUT to 69682, calling407-423-9018, or via email using[email protected].As a reminder, you only need to report your outage once.
Nonfunctioning Traffic Lights
We have heard reports of nonfunctioning traffic lights and ask all motorists to use caution and treat these intersections as four-way stops.
