Amendment to Executive Order on additional temporary measures to ensure financial stability in currency regulation
The Presidential Executive Order extends the ban on carrying out certain transactions with non-residents without permission from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation until December 31, 2025. Previously, this provision was to remain in effect until December 31, 2024.
