FTI Consulting Appoints Jason Bourke as Managing Director in Merger Integration & Carve-Outs Offering

Washington, D.C., Nov. 6, 2024 - FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Jason Bourke as a Managing Director in the Merger Integration and Carve-Out Advisory offering within the firm's Transactions practice.

Mr. Bourke, who is based in Los Angeles, has more than a decade of buy-side and sell-side transaction and portfolio company operations experience, working across a range of industries including technology, media and entertainment, diversified industrials and consumer products. At FTI Consulting, he will support corporate and private equity clients with operational diligence, post-close integrations and value creation through transactions.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Bourke was a Senior Director in EY-Parthenon's Private Equity Value Creation practice, where he focused on M&A diligence, buy- and sell-side carve-outs, and integration and separation planning and execution.
