With 30 libraries to choose from, every family can find a convenient location to participate in these enriching experiences. Many parents have expressed gratitude, noting that without DPL's free programs, they wouldn't be able to provide such valuable opportunities for their children.

The Home Improvement & Preservation Major Systems Repair Program (MSRP) offers up to $24,000 in home repair assistance. This comes as a forgivable loan for eligible households to tackle major system repairs such as HVAC replacement, electrical and plumbing work, accessibility repairs, and more.
