Public Notice: Proposed Tidelands Lease Renewal
ADL 223655 Renewal
Pursuant to AS 38.05.945
(USGS Quad Map Kenai B-4)

Subject to AS 38.05.070(e) the Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has made a Renewal Decision to renew an existing lease to Snug Harbor Seafoods for an additional 20-year term for an existing long-term tidelands lease for 0.257 acres of land located in near the mouth of the Kasilof River, Alaska. Alaska Tideland Survey No. 1507, recorded in the Kenai Recording District as Plat 98-30 on July 14, 1998.
