Wickford Barracks

At 7:05 pm Troopers arrested Jan Carlos Arroyo-Diaz, age 23, of 252 Division Street Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Obstruction and 2.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the charge of assault with intent to commit certain felonies (murder), two counts of felony assault and battery and disorderly conduct originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4 in the Town of East Greenwich. Mr. Arroyo-Diaz was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace where he was presented as a bail violator and then transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center.

At 11:28 pm Troopers arrested Octaviani Garcia, age 34, of 36 Calder Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance (
