Amendments to Bylaws Form 8 K

Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

On September 27, 2024, the Board of Directors of Immersion Corporation (the "Company") approved a change in the Company's fiscal year end from December 31 to April 30, effective immediately. The Company intends to file a transition report on Form 10-QT with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the transition period beginning January 1, 2024 and ending April 30, 2024.
