City Offices and Library closed Monday, October 14 for Indigenous People's Day

City of Southfield Offices and Library will be closed on Monday, October 14 in observation of Indigenous Peoples' Day. City offices will re-open for business on Tuesday, October 15, 2023. The City of Southfield celebrates and honors indigenous American peoples and commemorates their histories and cultures. Indigenous Peoples' Day is celebrated across the United States on the second Monday in October, and is an official city and state holiday in various municipalities including Southfield.

Please Note: there will be no delay in garbage or recycling pickup over the Indigenous Peoples' Day holiday.
