Refreshing Concoction
Hailey Pawlinski, a Penta Career Center volunteer, serves a smoothie to Jackson Bergman, a health sciences junior, at the just-opened Smoothie Lab in Thompson Student Union. Smoothie Lab is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and serves vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free items as well as options for those avoiding gluten.
