Ambassador Fick Travels to Singapore

Ambassador at Large for Cyberspace and Digital Policy Nathaniel C. Fick is traveling to Singapore, from October 16 to 18, 2024, for Singapore International Cyber Week (SICW).

Ambassador Fick will participate in Singapore International Cyber Week, represent the United States at the SICW High-Level Panel on Diplomacy, and meet with senior officials from Singapore, Japan, and the Philippines, as well as ASEAN leaders and private sector and civil society representatives. They will discuss deepening partnership on cybersecurity and cyber capacity building activities that will enable economic and digital growth across the region, as well as strengthening cooperation with and reaffirming a long-standing commitment to ASEAN Member States on cyber and digital policy issues.

Ambassador Fick will also mark the successful completion of this year's Global Emerging Leaders in International Cyberspace Security (GEL-ICS) Fellowship program. The development of a diverse global network of future cyber policy leaders is key to working together on our shared goal of advancing a stable and secure cyberspace for future generations.
