Fried Frank Recognized by LCLD as a 2024 Top Performer and Compass Award Winner

The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) has named Fried Frank a Top Performer and Compass Award winner for 2024. The Top Performer award recognizes those organizations who are most engaged with LCLD's programs and activities throughout the year. The Compass Award recognizes individuals and organizations that fulfill all of the following requirements in a single calendar year:

• Chairman Kenneth I. Rosh created a Leader's Pledge detailing his personal and organizational commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. Read the pledge here.
• Partner Amir R. Ghavi participated in the LCLD Annual Membership Meeting with firm leaders.
• Associate Melissa Brown serves as a member of the 2024 class of LCLD Fellows. This esteemed program is dedicated to identifying, training and advancing the next generation of leaders in the legal profession.
• Associates Youwha Kim and Renuka Santhanagopalan participate in the LCLD Pathfinder program. This initiative focuses on equipping high-performing, early-career lawyers with essential career development strategies, including leadership skills and the establishment of professional networks.
• Several lawyers volunteered as a Mentor for the 2023-2024 Mentoring Program, which ensures that talented law students receive the mentoring they need to maximize their potential.
• Fried Frank sent several summer associates to represent the firm at the LCLD Scholars Summit, a pipeline program focused on professional development for 1Ls.

Founded in 2009, the LCLD has grown to an organization of more than 400 members who serve as either general counsel of major corporations or managing partners of the nation's leading law firms.
