OCBC Indonesia selects Cloudera to optimize banking services with data and AI

Leveraging Cloudera's hybrid data platform and machine learning solutions for personalized data sets/ foundations

INDONESIA, July 1, 2024 - Cloudera, the data company for trusted enterprise AI, today announced that OCBC Indonesia has selected Cloudera to help achieve their vision of becoming a digital-first bank in Indonesia, offering better banking experiences for their customers. Through this partnership, OCBC Indonesia is looking to tap on the immense potential of generative AI solutions and data management, analytics, and AI capabilities on Cloudera, a hybrid data platform.

OCBC Indonesia's growing in-house data science team required a hybrid data strategy that would integrate seamlessly with the bank's data lake and allow data scientists and business users to work seamlessly with various integrated applications, helping the bank deliver transformer-based AI models, real-time intelligent, and personalized recommendations to customers.
