The San Francisco Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing at-risk juvenile.
Kinsey Joyner was last seen on Monday, July 22, 2024, at approximately 11:00 a.m. on the 1700 block of Waller Street in San Francisco.
Kinsey Joyner is described as an 11-year-old Hispanic female, 5'3" and 125 lbs. She has brown wavy hair covering her shoulders and brown eyes. Kinsey was last seen wearing a white tote bag, blue jeans, and black shoes as depicted in the attached photograph. Kinsey is considered "at-risk" due to possible suicidal ideations.
Kinsey is known to frequent areas in Golden Gate Park.
