From 4pm-10pm on August 8th, The Salt Shed will make history when it throws the World's Largest Karaoke Party. For one unforgettable night, the new flagship venue of Chicago's foremost independent music and hospitality collective, 16 On Center, will give lucky audience members the chance to live out the ultimate rock star fantasy - or nightmare, depending on your perspective - on one of the city's biggest stages (outdoor capacity at The Salt Shed is 5500). Presented in partnership with The Empty Bottle - the legendary and long-running live music venue and fellow 16 On Center property - the FREE event will be hosted by Chicago karaoke veterans Ryan Murphy and Amber Mueller, with singers chosen at random through an on-site sign up process. Additional select performance slots will be raffled off with all proceeds going to local charities.

Ciarleglio promises surprises, special guests and more at The Salt Shed on August 8.
To give attendees the chance to prepare for their big break, and potentially win a guaranteed spot on August 8th, four satellite events were held earlier this month at renowned karaoke spots across Chicago, including The Empty Bottle, Cafe Mustache, Alice's Lounge and Revel Room. All four warm-up nights sold out quickly, building both anticipation and camaraderie, for the main event at The Salt Shed.
