Monthly Meeting Minutes – May 21, 2024

May 21, 2024

1. Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM. Board Members Neal Vohsen, Heidi Warren, Ryan
   Richardson, JC Wheeler, Abigail Richardson. Quorum met.
2. Clerk Ryan Richardson conducted the oath of office for Abigail Richardson and JC
   Wheeler.
3. Trustee positions were nominated and unanimously accepted as the following:
   Neal Vohsen - Chairman
   JC Wheeler - Treasurer
   Heidi Warren - Solid Waste Management
   Abigail Richardson - Village Clerk
   Ryan Richardson - Road and Building
4. Chairman Vohsen moved for the minutes for April meeting to be approved. Accepted.
   Modified agenda to remove an ordinance vote on handicapped parking.
5. Reviewed bids from Asphalt Restoration and E Meier Contracting to move forward in
   further voting during the meeting. Board voted unanimously "Yay" to hold readings and vote on the Asphalt Restoration during this meeting.
6. First Reading of ordinance to approve a contract with Asphalt Restoration for road
   repair in the Village of Wilbur Park. Board had to amend ordinance total from $19,000
   to $86,500 to include both bids from Asphalt Restoration.
7. April 2024 Police Report - Presented by Neal Vohsen, Officer Burrows was absent:

8. April 2024 Treasurer's Report - J.C. Wheeler
   Income: 12,927.18
   Expenses: 5,644.25
   Net Income: 7,282.97
9. Second reading of ordinance to approve a contract with Asphalt Restoration for road
   repair in the Village of Wilbur Park. Board had to amend ordinance total from $19,000
   to $86,500 to include both bids from Asphalt Restoration.
10. April 2024 Road and Building interim Commissioner's Report - Chairman Vohsen
    No occupancy Permits issued, no building permits issued.
11. April 2024 Solid Waste Management Report - Heidi Warren
    No Report to add. She did add that the website has been updated with ordinances and
    Abigail Richardson's incognito email address.
12. April 2024 Village Clerk Report - Ryan Richardson - No Report to add. Richardson
    wanted to thank the board for the opportunity to serve.
13. Third Reading of ordinance to approve a contract with Asphalt Restoration for road
    repair in the Village of Wilbur Park. Board had to amend ordinance total from $19,000
    to $86,500 to include both bids from Asphalt Restoration.
14. Board voted to approve contract with Asphalt Restoration. Vote was approved
    unanimously.
15. April 2024 Chairman's Report - No New Business. Reviewed previous statements
    included in other reports.
