Lincoln Woods Barracks

On October 10, at 10:16 AM, Troopers arrested Everett Britto, age 51, of 608 Huntington Ave, Providence, Rhode Island for Receiving Stolen Goods. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Ave at Whitmarsh Street in the City of Providence. Britto was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.

On October 10, at 5:05 PM, Troopers arrested Joseph Wood, 44, of 74 Vanderland Avenue, East Providence, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - B.A.C. Unknown. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 195 in the City of Providence. Wood was transported to Rhode Island Hospital, consented to a chemical test (blood results pending), treated for minor injuries, and released. Wood was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned/presented as a bail violator by the Justice of the Peace, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.

On October 10, at 10:02 PM, Troopers arrested Jacob Mejia age, 21, of 75 Glenham Street Providence, Rhode Island for Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Westminster Street in the City of Providence. Mejia was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment and presentment as a bail violator at Sixth Division District Court.
