BREAKING: JD Vance Praised Trump Backed, Self Described “Black Nazi” Mark Robinson as a “Great Lieutenant Governor” Arrow

In response to JD Vance shouting out Mark Robinson, who Donald Trump has praised as an "outstanding person,"DNC Rapid Response Director Alex Floyd released the following statement:

"Donald Trump and JD Vance are both cut from the same extreme MAGA cloth as Mark Robinson - so of course Vance thinks Robinson is a 'great Lieutenant Governor' even after his appalling and un-American behavior. Voters deserve better than a self-described 'Nazi' and a ticket led by a candidate who can't stop praising Adolf Hitler."

Donald Trump proudly endorsed Robinson as "outstanding" and "Martin Luther King on steroids."

NBC News: "'This is Martin Luther King on steroids,' Trump said of Robinson at a pre-Super Tuesday rally in North Carolina."

Newsweek: "'We have to cherish Mark … he's like a fine wine,' Trump said in the video. 'He's an outstanding person.'"

New recordings reveal Trump's former chief of staff calling him a "fascist" and saying that Trump wanted "the kind of generals Hitler had."

The Atlantic: "As his presidency drew to a close, and in the years since, he has become more and more interested in the advantages of dictatorship, and the absolute control over the military that he believes it would deliver. 'I need the kind of generals that Hitler had,' Trump said in a private conversation in the White House, according to two people who heard him say this. 'People who were totally loyal to him, that follow orders.'"

New York Times: "[Kelly] said that, in his opinion, Mr. Trump met the definition of a fascist, would govern like a dictator if allowed, and had no understanding of the Constitution or the concept of rule of law. […]

"Mr. Trump's recent comments about using the military against what he called the 'enemy within' were so dangerous, he said, that he felt he had to speak out.

"'And I think this issue of using the military on - to go after - American citizens is one of those things I think is a very, very bad thing - even to say it for political purposes to get elected - I think it's a very, very bad thing, let alone actually doing it,' Mr. Kelly said."

Vance has repeatedly refused to answer for or condemn Mark Robinson's behavior following bombshell reporting on Robinson's hateful, extreme rhetoric.

Lauren Mayk, WCAU: "Some news I wanted to talk about out of North Carolina with Mark Robinson. I'm sure you've heard about it. Governor Walz is also in this area, he just mentioned it at a rally this afternoon. I don't know that you've gotten a chance to talk about it, so I wanted to ask you, are you comfortable with Mark Robinson as the Republican nominee for governor in North Carolina?"

JD Vance: "Well, look, the allegations are pretty far out there of course, but I know that allegations aren't necessarily reality, and what I'd say is, it's ultimately up to Mark Robinson and North Carolina whether he's going to be their governor and whether he wants to stay in the race. I'll let them make that decision." …

Mayk: "Do you believe him that those were not his posts?"

Vance: "I don't not believe him, I don't believe him. I just think that you have to let these things sometimes play out in the court of public opinion. He's going to make whatever arguments he wants to make."

Reporter: "Senator Vance, do you have any reaction to the Mark Robinson news?"

Vance: *rushes into other room*

Vance: "My comment on Mark Robinson is that Kamala Harris cast the deciding vote on the Inflation Explosion Act and because of that a lot of Americans can't afford groceries"
