Manutan Circular Hub in Numbers

Last June, the Manutan Group, a European leader in B2B e-commerce, inaugurated its Circular Hub. This integrated reuse centre, dedicated to repurposing used professional furniture, aims to support companies and communities in their ecological transition by developing a collection service and a second-hand offer. Here, we reveal its activity in a few key figures.

The Manutan Circular Hub is a 3,000 m² space located in Le Bourget, in a priority urban area. Every day, a team of 15 employees, some of whom are completing their reintegration process, work together to give used professional furniture a second life.

On average, over 300 items are collected each month at our Circular Hub. Of this volume, 90% of items are reused through our second-hand offer or donations to charities. The remaining 10% are recycled in partnership with the eco-organisation Valdelia.

It's important to remember that 45% of CO2 emissions from a new product come from the extraction of natural resources and its manufacturing. Thus, an order of second-hand products from our e-boutique equates to an average of 995 kg of CO2 emissions saved.

Through our Circular Hub, we aim to contribute to a more sustainable planet, a fairer society, and a more responsible business model. Ultimately, our ambition is clear: to embed the circular economy at the heart of our business model.
