Notice of Public Hearing - Rezone

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Fort Madison City Council at 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 811 Avenue E, Fort Madison, Iowa, at which time and place a hearing will be conducted concerning the rezone of property located at 2301 Avenue G, 2331 Avenue G and 2333 Avenue G from B-2, Business District, General Retail & R-4, One-Family Dwelling District to R-6, Multiple-Family Dwelling District.

You may appear at the hearing to express your views concerning the above. Written statements may be submitted to the Fort Madison City Manager at 811 Avenue E, Fort Madison, Iowa, 52627 or [email protected]no later than 4:30 PM on September 3, 2024 or delivered before the hearing is closed. A copy of the ordinance is available for review at the City Clerk's office.
