Derrick Anderson Agrees with Politicians Banning Abortion for Military Service Members

Anderson continues to struggle to answer questions about abortion

Yesterday, D.C. News Now asked Derrick Anderson a very simple question:

"If you have a fellow soldier who is then moved into a Texas, into a Kentucky, into a Tennessee that has an abortion ban, what do you tell those fellow soldiers who need abortion care?"

Anderson's response?

"… We need to allow the states to make these determinations…"

Anderson has consistently refused to defend abortion rights. When asked at an NAACP Forum "Do you support a woman's right to choose, yes or no?" Anderson repeatedly failed to answer. In a later interview, he again emphasized his anti-choice agenda to let politicians ban abortion.

It's no surprise given that he's bankrolled by anti-choice politicians in Congress who have cosponsored a national abortion ban with no exceptions.
