A contractor working for the City of Norman will be replacing a sewer line across Hartford Drive between Farmington Avenue and Southern Heights Avenue. This will require closure of a short segment of Hartford Drive to through-traffic for approximately 10 days starting on or about Thursday, September 12, 2024. All local residents will have access to their homes and driveways throughout the closure via either Farmington Avenue or Southern Heights Avenue.
