Reappointment of Incumbent U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, Hon. David E. Rice, Maryland

United States Bankruptcy Judge David E. Rice is asking the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit to reappoint him to a new 14-year term of office. Judge Rice's current term expires on March 31, 2025.

The Court of Appeals invites comments on the request for reappointment via a survey or [email protected] by 5:00 p.m. EDT on October 3, 2024. The Circuit Executive will not disclose the identity of any commenter who requests confidentiality.
