NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF

THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD Eff. 12/27/2024

On November 19, 2024, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board adopted regulations in 3 AAC 305. The regulations concern business license requirements for applicants.

The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed, and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on November 27, 2024, and are effective on December 27, 2024. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.

The regulation changes will first appear in Register 252, January 2025, of the Alaska Administrative Code.

Updated unofficial regulations will be posted on AMCO's website no later than 12/27/2024.
