Drop by to play Nintendo Switch games, Cards Against Humanity: Family Edition, Monopoly, and more!
Note: Games are provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own teen-rated games. Smart phones/tablets with internet access are needed for Jackbox games.

Library Olympics

Tuesday, July 30 from 2 to 3 p.m.; for all ages
Join in on the Helen Hall Library Olympics. Contestants can participate in activities and create their own Olympic Gold Medal!

Teen Anime Binge

Tuesday, July 30 from 2 to 7 p.m.; for ages 12 to 18; in the Teen Room
Catch up on a 2024 Crunchyroll Anime Awards winner, Bocchi the Rock!! Teens are welcome to stay briefly or the entire time.

Adult Crafts-to-Go

Thursday, August 1, pick up from upstairs desk while supplies last; for ages 18+
Adult Crafts-to-Go kit will be on the first Thursday of every month. Kits can be picked up at the Adult Service Desk. Happy Crafting!

Pop-Up Storytime at Fire Station 2

Friday, August 2 from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m.; for ages 3 to 5 and their caregivers
Join us for stories, songs, and rhymes! We will be at a different city location for each Pop-Up Storytime. On August 2, it will be at Fire Station 2 at 2120 Hobbs Road.

From sword fights and interstellar wars to dystopias and utopias, you can enjoy prompts, exercises, and a supportive community as you write your own stories!

Homeschool Meet Up

Friday, August 9 starting at 3 p.m.; for students and caregivers
Gather with other homeschooling families to work on projects, homework, and collaboration!

Saturday Creation

Saturday, August 10 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.; for all ages
Join us as we create beautiful things. No art experience required, and sometimes we will get our hands messy!
