BUENA PARK, Calif. (October 30th, 2024) - Yamaha is proud to announce the addition of two new product lines to our marching percussion lineup: MC-9600 Series Field Corps Marching Carriers and MS-8200 Series Field Corps Marching Stands. Developed with the same materials and craftsmanship as Yamaha Drums foot pedals and stands, the philosophy of Yamaha Marching Hardware is Simplicity + Durability = Reliability.
9600 Series Marching Carriers are built to withstand the rigors of drum corps activity season after season with removable, washable padding and simple player-side adjustability for a wide variety of body types. 8200 Series Marching Stands provide a solid foundation from the field to the grandstands in a compact, lightweight package that's built to last. "This is the culmination of 55+ years crafting industry-standard drum hardware paired with 40+ years empowering world-class ensembles with exceptional marching instruments. The Yamaha racing blue accent on each carrier and stand is a subtle nod to our racing teams and shared passion for performance." - Joel Tetzlaff, product marketing manager, percussion at Yamaha Corporation of America
