Update to LPA Statewide Right of Way Oversight

MoDOT Local Public Agency Oversight Update

As of January 1, 2025, Central Office Right of Way ([email protected]), Volkert ([email protected]), and Lochmueller Group ([email protected]) are managing and providing oversight for all local public agency projects with new right of way for a three year contract period.

As a reminder, new right of way is defined as any property impact in which a property owner is required to sell to the local public agency or their agent. A property right is considered land, entrance reconnection, temporary or permanent easement, or relocation of any personal property items within the new project limits. [email protected] is providing services for Region 1 and Region 2 (Northwest District, Northeast District, Kansas City District, and Southwest District).
