Road Closures - Madison Mini Marathon
Several downtown and UW campus streets will be closed on Saturday morning, August 10, 2024, for the Madison Mini Marathon event. The event consists of two races-a half marathon starting at 7:00 am and a 5K race starting at 7:15 am. Race maps can be found on the Madison Mini Marathon website.
Street closures along the routes will generally occur on a rolling basis, with streets reopening as the last runners go through.
Streets located at the start/finish line will be closed for a longer duration-from 3:00 am to noon. Those street blocks include:
- N Park Street from University Avenue to Langdon Street
- Langdon Street from N Park Street to N Lake Street
