Lincoln Woods Barracks

On Monday, September 2, 2024, at 10:12 AM, Troopers arrested Rafael Calderon, age 44, of Cornplanter Row, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Third Division District bench warrant for failure to appear for Pre-trial Conference on the charge of Driving with a Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License originating out of the Warwick Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue, in the City of Providence. Calderon was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and then turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.

On Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 12:07 AM, Troopers arrested Christopher L. Forbes, age 28, of 17 Cynthia Drive, North Smithfield, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs BAC Unknown - First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 95, in the City of Providence. Forbes was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned, and released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.

On Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 2:11 AM, Troopers arrested Bryan P. Angeles, age 27, of 47 Home Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Providence County Family Court Domestic Body Attachment for Failure to Appear for a Hearing. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Mineral Spring Avenue, in the City of Pawtucket. Angeles was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.

On Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 5:05 AM, Troopers arrested Marc D. Theroux, age 60, of 150 Greenville Avenue, Apartment 107, Providence, Rhode Island, for Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V
