Three dates for this year’s Fort Dupont Park Summer Event Series

WASHINGTON- Mark your calendars for three unforgettable Saturdays filled with live R&B, hip-hop, jazz, go-go music and a DJ! The National Park Service (NPS) is excited to announce the 2024 schedule for the Fort Dupont Park Summer Event Series!

Join us Sept. 7, Sept. 14 and Sept. 21 at 7 p.m. for family-friendly free, live music performances for all ages from well-known artists with past and present hits.

Artists for Saturday, Sept. 7:

Artists for Sept. 14 and 21 will be announced soon!

The concerts are free and open to the public. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. and all concerts begin at 7 p.m. Concertgoers are invited to bring lawn chairs, blankets and food. Dogs on a leash are also welcome.

Prohibited items:

  • Alcoholic beverages or illegal substances

  • Coolers larger than 29.5" x 16" x 19"

The Fort Dupont Park Summer Event Series began in 1972 and is a beloved celebration of music for the DC metro area. This annual event brings together Greater Washington area communities to enjoy incredible music from national, regional and local artists.
