Repair Holes at Transfer Station - Quotes Needed

Request for quotes to assess the cause, provide a solution to prevent reoccurrence, and to repair the holes in asphalt around attendant building at the transfer station. Any construction work must be performed on Thursdays and Fridays so as not to interrupt normal Transfer Station business.

All quotes due December 10, 2024 and addressed to the Lebanon Select Board, Attn: Transfer Station Asphalt, 15 Upper Guinea Rd, Lebanon ME, 04027. Quotes should also include the vendor's IRS W-9 form and Certificate of Insurance. Emailed quotes may also be accepted by emailing to [email protected] with [email protected] on copy. Please do not email directly to a select board member or the quote may not be accepted. Must be in a sealed envelope.
