Extended Dates - Free Residential Yard Debris Drop Off

ATTENTION WAKULLA COUNTY RESIDENTS

Dispose of storm debris responsibly! Free residential yard debris drop off at the Wakulla County Landfill,146 County Landfill Road, has been extended.

Dispose of residential yard debris for free from Tuesday, October 8, 2024, to Saturday, October 12, 2024, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Take advantage of this opportunity to drop off storm debris free of charge. To access this service, kindly present a valid government-issued ID to verify your residence in Wakulla County.

Please note that we are unable to accept any commercial or construction debris during this time.

ABSOLUTELY NO COMMERCIAL OR CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

If you would like to dispose of yard debris after October 12, 2024, the Landfill will still accept yard debris during its normal operating hours, but will be subject to the Landfill fee schedule, which can be found here.
