Public Notice: Permit Amendment Application - Wyo-Ben Inc., PT0278, TFN 6 2/383

Wyo-Ben, Inc. of Billings, Montana has filed a regular mining permit amendment application with the Land Quality Division of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality for the mining of bentonite in Big Horn County, Wyoming. The Amendment is located approximately 8 miles South of Lovell, East of US Hwy 310 and South of County Lane 16 1/2. The application may be viewed at the Cheyenne or the Lander Office of the Land Quality Division. The application will be readvertised for public comment prior to approval by the Department of Environmental Quality.
