myTTB now offers a new feature to make it easier and faster to get in touch with TTB regarding your claim. myTTB Messaging allows importers to send and receive messages regarding specific claims - a direct channel to address questions and resolve issues. Available now to myTTB CBMA Importer Claims system users, the convenience of myTTB Messaging will be available to other users in the future.
